🌍 Worldwide Delivery
We deliver to customers across the UK, Europe, and internationally. UK orders ship free. European orders over €150 ship free. International orders are charged at a flat rate.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Free delivery on all UK orders.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Times
Our products are sourced from suppliers located in different countries, including the UK, Europe, and Asia. Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination:
- UK & Europe suppliers — estimated 3–7 business days
- Asian suppliers (e.g. China) — estimated 10–25 business days
Some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate parcels. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Contact us at support@novapulseplus.com if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window. Lost parcel claims are processed after 14 business days from dispatch.
🔌 UK Plug Notice
Most of our plug-in lighting products are fitted with a UK Type G plug. Customers outside the United Kingdom may require a suitable travel adapter. For any questions, contact us.
Important Notes
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Some orders may ship from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.
