2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and being processed.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, or in GBP (£) by default. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the UK, Europe, and internationally. UK orders ship free. European orders over €150 ship free; below €150, the standard rate for the destination applies. International orders are charged at a flat rate. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and supplier location — please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If a product differs significantly from its description, please contact us.

NovaPulse shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
