30-Day Returns

Return any item within 30 days of delivery — no lengthy explanations needed. Just make sure:

  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • It's in its original packaging

That's it. Two conditions. Nothing more.

How to Return

Email us at support@novapulseplus.com with your order number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with simple return instructions.

Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Wrong Item?

If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll sort it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
